One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pkrwin. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. If pkrwin detects multiple accounts linked to the same person – through matching phone numbers, device identifiers, payment methods, IP addresses, or other identifying data – all accounts may be suspended pending investigation and balances may be forfeited.
Account Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on pkrwin. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrwin account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. PKRWin will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately and we will lock your account while the situation is investigated.
Account Verification (KYC)
PKRWin may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of a security review. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of the payment method you use, and potentially a selfie for identity confirmation. Verification is completed once, after which your account is marked as fully verified for future transactions.
Note: Verification on pkrwin is straightforward and typically completes within a few hours. It is a one-time process and does not affect your ability to play or place bets during the verification period in most cases.
Currency
All transactions on pkrwin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion involved at any stage of a transaction on pkrwin.

Deposits from Third Parties
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. PKRWin does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a third-party deposit is identified, the transaction will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagering before the bonus balance is convertible to withdrawable funds. Bonus Eligibility

Bet Acceptance
A bet is only confirmed and binding once pkrwin's system has issued a confirmation. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, technical errors, or insufficient balance are not valid. PKRWin is not liable for bets that failed to register due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Obvious Errors in Odds
PKRWin reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. An "obvious error" is defined as odds that were significantly out of line with the true market price at the time of bet placement. If we void a bet under this provision, the stake is returned to your pkrwin wallet in full.
Match and Market Suspension
Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during match stoppages, interruptions, or data feed issues. Bets placed during a legitimate suspension period are void. Bets placed immediately before a suspension based on information not yet reflected in the odds may be voided at pkrwin's discretion.
Abandoned and Postponed Events
If a cricket match or other event is abandoned before sufficient play to determine an official result under the relevant competition rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and played within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will generally stand. Events rescheduled beyond this window will have their bets voided unless specific conditions in the promotion terms state otherwise.
Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum bet: Rs 50 per selection. Maximum bets vary by market, event, and account status. PKRWin reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts without being required to state a reason for doing so.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrwin and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
PKRWin uses advanced fraud detection systems that monitor for all of the above activities. If your account is flagged, we will investigate before taking action. However, where fraud is confirmed, balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited without further notice.

Suspension by PKRWin

Account Closure by Player
You may close your pkrwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or fraud investigations. Accounts under active self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.
Balance Handling on Closure
If pkrwin closes your account due to a Terms violation involving fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multiple accounts, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Balances accrued through clearly exploited errors or prohibited conduct are not considered legitimate winnings and will not be returned.
All content on the pkrwin platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and data feeds – is the property of PKRWin or its licensed partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkrwin content without our prior written consent.
