Any Pakistani resident who is 18 years of age or older can register on pkrwin. You need a valid Pakistani mobile number to verify your account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. One account is permitted per person – duplicate registrations are not allowed and may result in account suspension.

Most players complete pkrwin registration in under two minutes. Fill in the form on the Register page, enter the OTP sent to your mobile, and your account is live instantly. No document upload is needed at this stage.

No documents are required to register. Your CNIC is only needed when pkrwin requests KYC verification before your first withdrawal – this is a one-time process that takes a few hours. No. pkrwin enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any bonus balances forfeited. Our team will process the closure, withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, and confirm deactivation within 24 hours. Note that self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings is an alternative if you want to take a break rather than permanently close your account.

Yes. Go to Account Settings after logging in and look for the Contact Details section. Some changes require identity verification for security purposes. If you have lost access to your original mobile number, contact support directly at support@pkrwin.click with your CNIC details to process the update manually.
Login & Password

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number and we will send a 6-digit reset OTP via SMS. Enter that code to create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile, email us at support@pkrwin.click with your CNIC details for assisted recovery.

OTP (One-Time Password) login sends a fresh 6-digit code to your Pakistani mobile number each time you log in. You enter the code instead of a stored password. Many pkrwin players prefer OTP login because the code expires after a few minutes and cannot be reused, making it more secure than a fixed password.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If the account remains locked, use the "Forgot password?" option, or contact pkrwin support via live chat or email. Our team will verify your identity and unlock the account.

Yes. You can access your pkrwin account from your mobile, tablet, and laptop. pkrwin may request an OTP challenge if it detects a login from an unusual location or device as an extra security step. Always log out completely when using a shared or public device to protect your account.

Check that you are entering your mobile number in the correct format (e.g. 03001234567 without a country code prefix). Make sure Caps Lock is off when typing your password. If you registered with an email address, try using that instead. After two or three failed attempts, use "Forgot password?" to reset your credentials and try again.
Deposits

PKRWin accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion. Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions typically settle in under 30 seconds.

The minimum deposit on pkrwin is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits, though individual payment providers may have their own daily transaction caps (for example, Easypaisa and JazzCash have daily wallet limits set by the State Bank of Pakistan). For large deposits, bank IBFT is recommended.

Most deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash reflect instantly. If your deposit is not showing after 15 minutes, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your mobile wallet and send it to support@pkrwin.click with your pkrwin account mobile number. Our finance team will locate and credit the deposit manually within a few hours.

PKRWin itself does not charge any fee on deposits. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees as per their standard rates. The amount that arrives in your pkrwin balance will be exactly what pkrwin receives from the payment provider.

PKRWin does not impose a platform-level maximum daily deposit limit by default. However, you can set your own deposit limit in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming – daily, weekly, or monthly. This is a feature we strongly recommend using. Note that individual payment providers impose their own daily transaction caps independently of pkrwin.
Withdrawals

Log in to your pkrwin account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or card), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same account used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If this is your first withdrawal, KYC verification may be required first.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Bank IBFT transfers complete within one business day. Card withdrawals take 2 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the expected time frame, contact support with your transaction reference number.

The minimum withdrawal on pkrwin is Rs 200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity checks as a standard anti-fraud measure. PKRWin charges no platform fee on withdrawals.

PKRWin charges zero fees on withdrawals. Any fees applied are from your payment provider – for example, some banks charge a nominal IBFT fee. The amount pkrwin sends is the full amount you requested.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a one-time process required before your first withdrawal. It confirms that you are the account holder, that you are over 18, and that the funds are being sent to the correct person. You will need to submit a photo of your CNIC front and back. Verification typically completes within a few hours. This process protects your winnings and keeps the platform secure for everyone.

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you need to bet Rs 100,000 in total across eligible games. If a cricket match is officially abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined by the relevant cricket board), your bet stake is returned in full to your pkrwin account as a void bet. This applies to all pre-match bets. In-play bets placed after the match began may be settled differently depending on the specific market – always check the individual market rules before placing a live bet.
Responsible Gaming

Log in to pkrwin, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming tab. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Reductions apply immediately. Self-exclusion is available from Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming tab. You can choose a period from 6 months up to 5 years, or opt for a permanent exclusion. Once applied, the exclusion cannot be lifted during the chosen period under any circumstances. You will also be removed from all marketing communications. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your payment method.

A cooling-off period is a short, temporary pause on your pkrwin account ranging from 1 day to 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
